Quirks
- one notification becomes MANY rows: per share class, per intermediary, and per percentage FAMILY - 'Soort aandeel procentuele verdeling' splits Kapitaalbelang (capital) vs Stemrecht (voting) and 'Totale deelneming' repeats that family's total on each row; take the VOTING family only or capital totals masquerade as stakes
- 'Kapitaalbelang'/'Stemrecht' COLUMNS are categories (Reeel/Potentieel), not percentages - the figures live in 'Totale deelneming' with a Dutch decimal comma
- latin-1 encoding, quotes escaped by doubling, and a trailing 'Disclaimer CSV' footer line
- issuers carry their KvK number and it is stable (measured: 0 conflicts) - 73/77 join gleif_lei directly via registration_id, a register-number key
- latest notification wins per (issuer, holder) and a 0.0% latest total is an exit, never an edge
Holders are bare names -> zero-ambiguity GLEIF match, dropped and counted otherwise. The BaFin analog is robots-blocked; this is the open-route sibling.
