- GERMAN DECIMAL COMMAS: '5,006' is 5.006 percent, never five thousand; dates are dd.mm.yyyy; country names German (Deutschland/Kanada) and mapped to the matcher vocabulary

- the register lists many natural persons as holders - they fail the corporate matcher by design and are counted (1,270 holder-unmatched incl. persons)
- 48 treasury self-notification rows (issuer == holder) dropped
- notification-truth: a pair's latest publication can be decades old - the as-of date rides every edge; latest publication wins per pair; a 0.0 latest total is an exit
- the MVP portal SOAP web service is FILING-side only (evaluated 2026-08-15) - it is not a retrieval route, hence the manual lane
