Annual municipality CSVs archived via `strata br-comexstat pull` (current year cumulative - always refreshed; closed years idempotent). Verified single-operator (municipality, SH4) fingerprints emit DERIVED-attribution operator export SupplyRecords; all other rows deliberately dropped (they would duplicate BACI). Municipality = fiscal domicile, not mine site.

Brazil ended named-exporter publication in 2023 because the municipality join re-identified companies; strata performs that join only where the identification is verified and marks it derived. NCM-level (EXP_YYYY.csv) files exist but the MUN dimension is the operator lever.
