Quirks
- the corp MASTER is the holder-matching registry: a reporter named 영풍 is itself a DART registrant, so holder resolution is exactly-one-registrant name lookup (Hangul exact, then folded English) - never open name matching
- reporters can be natural persons (the Korea Zinc chairman) - they are nowhere in the master and drop cleanly
- status 020 = daily quota exhausted: stop and resume, the manifest checkpoints; 013 = no data for the corp (a terminal state, cached)
- blank stock_code in the master = unlisted registrant; only listed corps are enumerated
- latest report wins per (issuer, holder); a 0.0% latest ratio is an exit, never an edge
Key in .env as STRATA_OPENDART_API_KEY (SecretStr, never logged). Issuers minted kr_dart:<corp_code>; English names + KRX codes ride as bridge evidence.
