gross FeMn/SiMn smelter capacity for 10 named world plants (about 1.31 Mt/yr disclosed) and refined-FeMn refinery capacity for 4 of them (about 0.58 Mt/yr), against a world manganese ferroalloy output of about 19.6 to 23.2 Mt/yr (USGS MYB 2023 / IMnI: SiMn about 17.5 Mt, HC FeMn about 3.9 Mt, refined FeMn about 1.5 Mt); EMM world output about 2 Mt/yr is China-dominated. South32 Metalloys and Nikopol (aggregate/idled), OFZ (total ferroalloy) and Ningxia Tianyuan (group EMM) are withheld, so capacity-known < the full fleet is honest

Feed (what to expect)
USGS MYB 2023 anchors world manganese ferroalloy production (about 19.6 Mt excluding the US, IMnI about 23.2 Mt) and country splits (China about 69 percent, India about 8 percent, Russia about 4 percent); per-plant figures from Eramet, JFE, Sakura/Assmang and MOIL official disclosures.
Proprietary vendors (S&P, CRU, WoodMac, Fastmarkets, Roskill, Argus, SMM, Benchmark) and member-gated IMnI granular bulletins are out of license scope: where a figure exists only via such a source it is withheld, the plant row kept. Basis is GROSS alloy tonnes of the specific product (FeMn/SiMn/EMM), never contained manganese and never manganese ore; the three product classes are never summed as one number; company or multi-plant aggregates are never placed on a single plant as summable capacity. Mine-stage manganese ore data is untouched by this overlay.
