The parser is year-agnostic and auto-adopts the freshest report: FY2023 today = 156 named producers / 70 Mt (Erdenes Tavantolgoi 26.9 Mt, Energy Resources 7.4 Mt, Mongolyn Alt MAK 7.2 Mt, Atlantida Star 6.5 Mt) plus the coking-coal EXPORT split (Erdenes Tavantolgoi 29.3 Mt, SouthGobi Sands 3.6 Mt, Usukhzoos, Khangad Exploration...). BACI/Comtrade show only the Mongolia-China country total; these name who mines/ships it.
