Feed (what to expect)
Weekly DBF-in-ZIP declaration bases, operator-archived via `strata pe-sunat pull` (idempotent; the free window rolls off after ~2 months, older weeks = paid TUPA request). Export weeks (family x) parse to operator-level export SupplyRecords; import weeks (ma/mb) to named-importer import rows with the origin country in the form label (measure=import, surfaced in the customs_importers element). Manifest families archived, not yet parsed.
