Quirks

• ·S.A. BLINDNESS - for sociedades anonimas the QSA lists administrators, never shareholders; measured on the flagship-50, all 25 arms showing only natural persons are S.A.s. Absence of a corporate partner is a property of the instrument, not evidence of independence
• ·no stake percentages anywhere in the bulk files - edges carry stake_percent=None; only the paid certified QSA timeline document carries the number
• ·a socio estrangeiro (identificador 3) has no CNPJ in the file and is dropped rather than name-matched
• ·CPFs of natural-person partners arrive MASKED at source (***240659**) and are dropped - not an identifier and not publishable
• ·the roster keys companies by 8-digit root; edges land on the matriz whose full 14-digit number is derived by check-digit arithmetic, and branch-keyed entities are bridged to it via same_entity_as (same root = same legal person)
• ·the primary host serves ~150 KB/s; files are immutable per vintage so fetch skips anything already on disk
