Quirks
- 13D and 13G use DIFFERENT tag names (issuerCIK/percentOfClass/reportingPersonInfo vs issuerCik/classPercent/coverPageHeaderReportingPersonDetails) - parse both
- 13G rarely carries the holder's own CIK in-XML; fill it from the EFTS filer CIK ONLY when the whole filing carries no per-holder CIK (a true 13G) - never on a 13D where a missing CIK is an affirmative noCIK=Y
- typeOfReportingPerson=IN is a natural person - excluded; the direct US analog of FCA NSM
- both ends key on sec_cik: (strata holds 822,918 CIKs) so confidence is HIGH, no name matching
